A Granite Falls man has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs and killing a passenger in a crash in Yellow Medicine County this past summer. 39-year-old Adam Keyser, of Granite Falls, is charged with Criminal Vehicular Homicide and Criminal Vehicular Operation for the crash of a mini-van July 13 on Highway 67 southeast of Granite Falls. Keyser and passenger Dianna Rodriguez of Granite Falls were injured in the crash, but passenger 30-year-old Kasandra Krumm, of St. Cloud, died of her injuries. Court records say marijuana and paraphernalia were found in the vehicle, and Keyser had amphetamine, methamphetamine and THC from marijuana in his blood. Conditional bail for Keyser was set last week at $30,000, and court records say he posted bond on Monday and was released.
