Here is a great recipe to use your abundance of cucumbers. It was sent in by Howard Schneider of Arlington.

Ingredients
2 qt. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 large onion, sliced
2 T salt
1 3/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. vinegar

Instructions
Combine onions, salt and cucumbers together and put in fridge for 24 hours. Drain. Combine sugar and vinegar together and pour over drained cucumbers. Put back in fridge for 24 hour. Place in freezer container(s) and freeze.
