Ingredients
1 loaf Italian or French bread
1/4 c butter softened
1 c shredded mozzarella, cheddar and/or pepper cheese
3 T shredded parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 c chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Slash bread diagonally into 1 inch slices, being careful not to cut through bottom crust. Beat together butter, cheeses, garlic and parsley. Spread on cut surfaces of bread. Wrap loaf in foil. Heat on grill for 20-25 minutes until hot, turning several times.
