New Ulm Police were called about suspicious activity at 10th St. N. and Washington Sunday, regarding two juveniles followed by a person driving a white, Pontiac Grand Am. Police stopped a 35-year-old New Ulm woman at 12th N. and Washington who said she was helping her kids look for a missing cell phone. The woman was found to be driving after suspension and possessed a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a controlled substance, open container, and ran a stop sign. A report was sent to the Brown County Attorney’s Office. New Ulm Police were also called about suspicious activity at a home on Dakota Drive at 1:16 a.m. Monday. An 18-year-old Nicollet male was found to have been invited to the residence by a 16-year-old New Ulm girl. He was later stopped and cited for possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
