Ingredients
Rainbow Sherbet (or your favorite flavor)
Pink Champagne, chilled

Instructions
Fill a wine glass with 2 scoops of sherbet. Pour the champagne over top, until almost covered. Allow to set for a few minutes to let the ice cream melt before serving.
