Six felony charges and a misdemeanor charge were filed in Brown County District Court Monday against a 64-year-old St. Paul man for his alleged involvement in a burglary involving a firearm last week in New Ulm. David W. Seigler was charged with three felony counts of first-degree burglary, felony possession of burglary or theft tools, felony threats of violence, felony second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon and misdemeanor intentionally pointing a gun at or toward another. His bail was set at $250,000 without conditions and $100,000 with conditions including no contact with victims and no alcohol/controlled substance use. Seigler was in Brown County Jail custody Tuesday afternoon.
