Brown County commissioners will consider a resolution establishing a new County Highway (County State Aid Highway) 13 alignment on Tuesday, June 2. A new alignment from the County Highway 29/North Highland Avenue intersection to existing County Highway 13 north of New Ulm is in the 10-year construction plan for 2021. Project design work has begun. The board needs to establish the new alignment as a County State Aid Highway. The new alignment begins at the County Highway 29/North Highland Avenue intersection and goes northeast to Boundary Street. It continues north on a new alignment crossing the KC Road, connecting to existing County Highway 13.
