9 c Chex cereal (corn and/or rice)
1 stick butter
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c corn syrup
1/4 t baking soda
2/3 c sugar
2 t cinnamon


Preheat oven to 350°. Bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil on the stove top for one minute stirring constantly. Add baking soda and mix in. Pour over Chex, and stir until cereal is covered. Pour on a baking sheet line with tin foil sprayed with PAM. Mix 2/3 c sugar and 2 t cinnamon together, pour over Chex mix (will look like a lot of sugar mixture). Bake at 350° for 5 minutes, stir, bake 3 more minutes. Cool and break apart, store in airtight container.
