Ingredients
1 ½ c. brown sugar
1 egg
½ c. shortening
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. rhubarb, cut up
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Mix all ingredients except ½ c. brown sugar and cinnamon. Pour into prepared cake pan. Mix remaining brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
