1 (32 oz.) Tater Tots
1 ½ lbs. hamburger
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
½ c. catsup
¾ c. water
3 T. brown sugar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded cheese

Put tater tots in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 375° for 12 minutes. Brown hamburger with onion and garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix well. Pour beef mixture over the tater tots; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
