A 44-year-old Mankato man, who sold seven grams of methamphetamine to a Brown Lincoln Redwood Renville (BLRR DTF) Drug Task Force agent in New Ulm on Dec. 19, 2019, and in Sleepy Eye a month later, was sentenced to 125 months Friday. Jason S. Feller, 909 E. Mulberry St. Mankato, was fined $735 and convicted of 1st-degree drug sale 17 grams or more in 90 days in Brown County District Court April 17. Feller was sentenced to serve 7 years in the St. Cloud Correctional Facility and serve more than 3 years on supervised probation. According to the complaint, a DTF agent was told on Dec. 11, 2019 by a confidential informant that they could buy 2-balls or about 7 grams of meth from Feller. On Dec. 12, the Informant was provided $260 of DTF funds and a controlled purchase was set up to occur in the New Ulm Wal-Mart Supercenter.
