5 cups rhubarb juice
3 cups strawberries pureed
2 bananas pureed
½ gallon pineapple juice
2 quarts any red punch
12 oz can frozen orange juice plus 3 cans of water
12 oz can frozen lemonade plus 4 cans of water
To make the Rhubarb Juice you need:
2 lbs Rhubarb
2 quarts (64 fl oz) water
For the Rhubarb Juice
Wash the rhubarb stems and cut them into 1″ pieces
Put rhubarb in a large pan with cold water. Bring the water to the boil, cover, turn down the heat and simmer the rhubarb for 15 minutes. Allow to cool. Strain the liquid into a jug, pressing down on the rhubarb to extract as much juice as possible. Put the jug in the fridge and allow the juice to settle. After about 1/2 an hour, the juice will separate with some sludge on the bottom and lovely pink juice at the top of the jug. Pour the clear pink juice into another jug and discard the sludge. Chill until needed.
For the Punch
Mix all ingredients together and freeze. When ready to use mix equal amounts of punch with ginger ale or 7-up.
