Two felony burglary charges were filed in Brown County District Court Monday against a 44-year-old man suspected in Dec. 17, 2018, heists in Springfield and Sleepy Eye. Eric T. Hall has no permanent address and is in custody after violating his parole release in Wisconsin. Hall is accused of stealing $9,324.31 in cash and doing $1,739 in damage breaking into Outlaws Bar & Grill in Springfield. Hall is accused of taking $300 in cash and doing about $1,800 in damage at Schweiss Meats, Sleepy Eye, on the evening of Dec. 17, 2018. Hall is also a suspect in Sibley and Le Sueur Counties, among others. A tall, thin male believed to be Hall was wearing a dark-colored hoodie sweatshirt when he was observed on surveillance video breaking into Outlaws Bar & Grill by prying open a door. Two safes were pried open and paper money was removed from bank bags. A juke box was also pried open and all the currency was removed.
