Brown County DFL voters favored Joe Biden by nearly a two to one margin over Bernie Sanders in Tuesday’s Primary election.  Numbers from all 32 precincts had Biden with 39.9% of the vote, Sanders 20.63% of the vote.  Michael Bloombeerg had over %13, Amy Klobuchar got 13.2% despite pulling out of the race Monday.  Klobuchar dominated the B rown County absentee and mail ballots with 43.25% of the vote.  President Trump received 99.19% on the Republican side with no challengers.  In Redwood County, Biden had 50.89% of the vote, Bernie Sanders 24.11%.  Other area counties had results as follows –

Nicollet County – Joe Biden 35.9%, Bernie Sanders 30.7%

Sibley County – Biden 41%, Sanders 17%

Watonwan County – Biden 32%, Klobuchar 22%

Cottonwood County –  Biden 51%, Sanders 19.9%

McLeod County – Biden 46%, Sanders 25.7%

Renville County – Biden 49.6%, Sanders 20.9%
