The second-annual Arctic Plunge was Saturday in New Ulm.  Nearly 20 teams jumped into a pool outside the Lamplighter in downtown New Ulm to raise money for non-profits and the New Ulm Fire Department.  Tim Zinniel raised the most money with $1500.  The winning team was a soap and loofah team of Kerry Hoffman and Lisa Helget.  They raised $1,075.  Herb Knutson, who brought the plunge to New Ulm last year, jumped last wearing a white tuxedo.  Total money raised is still being calculated.  Knutson said it will definately be held again next year.
