The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is reminding drivers to drive carefully and to slow down, especially when you see flashing lights. This reminder stems from an incident captured Tuesday night on a deputy’s dash cam that captured a vehicle striking another vehicle that was being pulled out of the ditch. No injuries were reported but authorities are urging the public to slow down and be cautious during the winter season. The sheriff’s office says the car almost hit a sheriff’s squad car and a tow truck. The driver told authorities they thought they were driving on the roadway but were actually driving on the shoulder.
