Bourbon ‘N Beef Roast ~ submitted by Patti Lee Bock, of New Ulm

Ingredients
4 potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 carrots, parred and cut in 3″ pieces
2 stalks celery, cut up
4-5 lbs rolled roast
1 bay leaf
4 ounces bourbon
1/4 cup cup water

Instructions
Put all ingredients in crockpot in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 10 – 12 hours (high 5 – 6 hours)
