Cabbage Casserole ~submitted by Patti Lee Bock of New Ulm

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbls butter
1 lb ground beef
6 cups cabbage coursely shredded
1 can condensed tomato soup

Instructions
Brown ground beef, Saute onion; add  salt and pepper to taste. Place 3 cups cabbage in 2 quart baking dish. Cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining cabbage. Pour soup over top of casserole. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour
