A Michigan man has been sentenced after installing a GPS tracker on his ex’s vehicle. The Mankato Free Press reports that 39-year-old Shawn Thomason has been sentenced in federal court to 45 months in prison and three years probation after pleading guilty to interstate stalking. Thomason traveled from Michigan to Mankato to watch the woman. Thomason was caught after cornering the victim at her Mankato residence, that’s when police found two GPS trackers on the victim’s vehicle and also located a loaded gun, electrical tape, gloves, and other suspicious items in Thomason’s vehicle.
