A fairmont man is facing multiple charges following a crash that injured a pregnant woman in April. 26-year-old Seth Michael Kick was charged Monday in Martin County District Court with three counts of criminal vehicular operation and three counts of second-degree DWI. According to the criminal complaint, Kick was traveling at speeds of 80 to 100 miles per hour before the crash at County Road 39 and Lake Avenue in Fairmont. A smie driver told officers he was stopped at a stop sign on 190th and 120th Street when Kick’s vehicle rear-ended the car behind him, pushing the vehicle into the semi trailer. The woman driving the vehicle that crashed into the semi trailer was 36 weeks pregnant at the time of the crash.
