Blueberry Lasagna ~ submitted by Patti Lee Bock of New Ulm

Ingredients
8 oz lasagna noodles, cooked
4 eggs beaten
4 cups dry cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 Tbls grated orange rind
1 Tbls grated lemon rind
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 pint blueberries

Instructions
Beat together all ingredients except noodles and blueberries . Fold berries gently into egg and cheese mixture. Make 2 layers of each beginning with noodles in a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 about 45 minutes or until set.
