Pink Arctic Freeze ~ this was published in the 1st KNUJ “Good Music” Cookbook

Ingredients
2 3-oz pkgs. cream cheese
2 Tbls mayonnaise
2 Tbls sugar
1 1-lb can whole cranberry sauce
1 9-oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions
Soften cheese; blend in mayonnaise and sugar.  Add fruits and nuts.  Fold in whipped cream.  Pour into loaf pan.  Freeze firm.  To serve, let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. Slice.
