Easy Rhubarb Crunch ~ this is one of my families favorite rhubarb recipe

Ingredients
2 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

Directions
Put rhubarb in 9 x 9 pan and put 1/2 cup sugar over.  In a medium bowl beat 2 eggs, add sugar, flour, baking powder and salt and mix together.  Spread batter over rhubarb.  Melt 1/2 stick of butter and pour over batter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.  Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 minutes
