An employee at an assisted living facility has been charged with a felony count of transaction card fraud after stealing the facility’s grocery money. According to the criminal complaint, $183 cash, a resident’s debit card, a total of 30 check blanks, and a Minnesota I.D. were discovered missing from the facility back in August. Employees at the facility went to the banks of residents and discovered that a total of $656 had been spent at businesses throughout Mankato.
