The Beltrami County Attorney’s Office is charging five young men in connection with a 19-year-old’s fatal fall from a Bemidji State University dorm room.  According to the charges, the young men threw a party off-campus and provided alcohol to Isaac Morris of Cokato, even though he wasn’t 21.  Morris, who was only visiting BSU, accidentally fell to his death from a seventh floor window of Tamarack Hall after drinking at the off-campus party.  According to a press release, each man is facing up to two years in jail and a six-thousand dollar fine.
