Chicken with Stuffing ~ submitted by Rachal Becker of New Ulm

Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breast
1 can cream of chicken soup
½ can milk – mix together with soup
1 bag shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups Stuffing mix
½ c. butter

Directions

Grease 9 x 13 pan, layer chicken breast, sprinkle bag of cheese over chicken, pour mixed soup and milk over all.
Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Put over chicken
Bake 325 for 1 hour covered with foil
Uncover and bake and additional 10 mins to brown.
