1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 celery ribs – chopped
1 onion chopped
1 (12 oz ) chili sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

In large skillet cook beef, celery and onion over med-high heat until beef is no longer pink, breaking beef into crumbles.  Drain and transfer to a 3 quart slow cooker.  Stir in the rest of ingredients, cook covered on low 3 – 4 hours or until heated through and flavors are blended.  Spoon into buns and enjoy.
